Our care is centered on both the patient and family/caregivers, lifestyle, values and wishes. We strive to make it possible for patients to remain independent for as long as possible in familiar and comfortable surroundings of their choice.
Our Team
Use of a interdisciplinary team approach with physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, homemakers, hospice aides, volunteers, along with spiritual and bereavement counselors help in the support and care of the hospice patient.
Transparency
Addressing the emotional, social and spiritual issues and helping families remain together in peace, comfort and dignity are the tools and benefits of hospice services.
